You are responsible for providing accurate event details, guest contact information and content that you have the right to use. You must review and approve invitation content before it is sent. Delays or errors caused by late, incomplete or inaccurate information may affect delivery times.
3. Content and permitted use
You retain responsibility for the text, names, photographs, logos and other materials you provide. You give Elegant Invite permission to use those materials as needed to create and deliver your requested event materials.
You must not use the website or our services for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or infringing activity, or to send unwanted messages to people who have not agreed to receive them.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices shown on the website are indicative and may depend on your final guest count, selected package, design requirements and delivery needs. We will confirm the applicable price and payment terms before fulfilling your order. Additional work requested after approval may require a revised quote.
5. Communication and delivery
We work to meet agreed timelines, but delivery can be affected by network availability, third-party messaging platforms, hosting providers or information supplied by you. We cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered immediately or that a guest will read or respond to it.
6. Intellectual property
Elegant Invite retains rights in its website, templates, branding, original design systems and other materials created independently of your submitted content. You may use the completed materials for your event as agreed, but may not copy, resell or commercially reuse our underlying templates or branding without written permission.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an event request. Any refund or outstanding balance will depend on the work already completed, third-party costs and the terms confirmed for your order.
